Square-Dancing Dept. and Harvestime Cultural Festival Dept. Did you know that America invented square dancing and it is as much a part of our heritage and history as the 4th of July. All other countries do their calling in English to recognize our American square dancing. Henry Ford of the Ford Motor Company used to be a CALLER (of the steps).

Did you know that sitting around or playing bridge, or watching TV only burns about 95 calories an hour. But according to Prevention Magazine Health Book Everyday Health Tips says, "waltzing can whisk away 195 to 305 for every hour on the floor, and a hour of Square Dancing can Stomp Away 330 to 510 calories. (69)

Learn to square dance and show off our American Culture, it's fun and easy to learn. This way you can demonstrate your American Heritage and Culture and you can participate in the next Love Your Neighbor Harvestime Cultural Festival if you are in Michigan for our next one. Love Your Neighbor is a member of the Country Music Association (CMA). So watch the Country Music Association Awards Show. You stop on by this website anytime to learn the latest"How to" terminology and steps for square dancing.
